Sobre Esta Propiedad

~WOW~WOW~WOW~ Do NOT miss out on this opportunity to own THIS home! It's picture perfect and ready for you to move in! Located on a fantastic cul-de-sac in an upscale neighborhood in the lovely city of La Mirada, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home really has everything you could want: remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, which opens to dining room/area, beautifully remodeled bathrooms, fireplace, large covered patio in back, nicely manicured lawn in front and back, designer paint colors, smooth ceilings with recessed lighting, beautiful hardwood-style laminate flooring, ceiling fans, lots of natural light from the newer, vinyl, dual pane, energy-efficient windows, and much more. The attached, 2-car garage, where your washer and dryer are located, has direct access from the kitchen. The kitchen will be an absolute delight to cook in - just see for yourself in the photos. I love how the counters and stove are situated so that you are not isolated when you're cooking or prepping, and even a chore like washing dishes comes with a lovely window view. I love the tasteful open concept floor plan, which allows access and sight continuity between the kitchen, dining room, living room, and even the back patio, but the spaces are still differentiated. I can picture many happy gatherings with family and friends in this beautiful home - enjoying life together outside on the patio in the plentiful sunshine and great SoCal weather, or inside around the fireplace in cooler months. This home also offers privacy from neighbors so you can enjoy your back yard comfortably, with foliage tastefully surrounding you on the fencing. Come see it for yourself, and fall in love with your new home! Hurry! This one won't last & offers are due shortly!
